How Long Does Shein Take to Deliver?

SHEIN delivery time varies by order, warehouse, address, seller, and carrier. Learn where to find the official estimate and how to track delays.

SHEIN does not have one guaranteed delivery time for every U.S. order. The most useful estimate is the delivery window displayed for your specific address and items at checkout, then in My Orders after purchase. SHEIN says actual timing can change because of processing, warehouse location, flights, weather, carrier delays, rural delivery, peak sales, preorders, customized products, or Marketplace sellers.

Policy check: September 1, 2026. Shipping offers, fees, methods, and date windows can change, so this article does not promise that an order will arrive within a fixed number of days.

Where to find your real delivery estimate

  1. Before paying: Set the correct U.S. delivery address and review the estimated window shown for the cart and available shipping method.
  2. After ordering: Sign in to SHEIN, open My Orders, and select the order.
  3. After shipment: Choose Track beside the order to see the delivery method, carrier, package details, and current estimate.
  4. With the local carrier: Once the carrier has the package, compare SHEIN’s tracking page with the carrier’s official tracking site.

SHEIN’s U.S. shipping page says its estimated window is based on historical delivery data and that most packages should arrive within that window. That is an estimate, not a guarantee. A date shown for a different shopper, state, product, or previous month is not a reliable forecast for your order.

What changes SHEIN delivery time?

Factors that can make one SHEIN order arrive sooner or later than another
Factor What it means What to check
Shipping method Standard and express have different order-specific windows The method and dates shown at checkout
Warehouse A “Local” item may ship from a U.S. warehouse; an unavailable local item may ship internationally Item and order details
Marketplace seller A third-party seller may process or ship the item instead of SHEIN Seller and shipment information
Processing The order can remain in the warehouse before a tracking number appears My Orders and shipment confirmation email
Special item Preorder or customized products may need more time The product page and estimated window
Destination and carrier Rural routes, weather, flights, and carrier delays can affect arrival SHEIN and carrier tracking alerts
Peak period Major sales and high-volume periods may slow processing or transit Any notice displayed for the order

What the tracking status tells you

If no tracking number appears, SHEIN’s U.S. tracking FAQ says the order is still being processed in the warehouse. SHEIN sends a shipment confirmation email when it ships. After that, a status may stay unchanged while the parcel travels to the next facility; the company says tracking scans can sometimes be separated by 3–5 days.

A quiet tracking page therefore does not automatically mean that the package is lost. Check whether the order was divided into multiple packages, because different items can follow separate routes and arrive on different dates. Do not rely on an unofficial tracking link sent by an unknown text or email; open the SHEIN account or the named carrier’s official site yourself.

Does “Local” mean guaranteed fast delivery?

No. SHEIN says products marked “Local” ship from a U.S. warehouse, but if local stock is unavailable they may ship from an international warehouse and take longer. Its U.S. terms also explain that some products ship from within the United States while others ship from outside it. The actual window attached to the order remains more useful than the label alone.

What to do when the estimated window passes

  1. Confirm the latest date in the order’s current estimated window, not an earlier promotional screenshot.
  2. Open Track and check every package in case the order was split.
  3. Open the local carrier’s official tracking page using the carrier and number listed in the order.
  4. Confirm that the shipping address is correct and look for a delivery-attempt notice.
  5. Use SHEIN’s official Customer Service route from the website or app if the order is outside its window.

As checked on September 1, 2026, SHEIN’s U.S. shipping information asked customers whose package had not arrived within the estimated time to contact customer service within 45 days of payment. It separately instructed customers to report a package marked delivered but not received within 45 days of the delivery date shown in tracking. Read the current page when acting, because support deadlines can change.

Planning around an important date

Do not order against the last day of an estimate if missing the date would cause a serious problem. The official window may move, express service can still encounter delays, and separate packages can arrive at different times. Build in extra time or buy locally when the item is essential for travel, a ceremony, work, or another fixed event.

For clothing ordered online, correct measurements can prevent an avoidable return; see how to measure sleeve length. When a delicate item arrives, use its care label first and consult our guide to caring for silk and delicate fabrics.
